    • Abraham, a significant figure in the Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), is believed to have had three wives according to the biblical accounts:

Sarah (Sarai): She was Abraham’s first wife and half-sister. Sarah is considered one of the matriarchs of the Jewish people, and she played a crucial role in the narrative of Abraham’s life. She bore Abraham’s son Isaac.

Hagar: She was Sarah’s maidservant, and when Sarah was unable to conceive, she gave Hagar to Abraham as a wife. Hagar bore Abraham’s first son, Ishmael.

Keturah: After Sarah’s death, the Bible mentions that Abraham took Keturah as his wife, and they had several sons together.

The biblical account of Abraham’s life can be found in the book of Genesis in the Old Testament (Hebrew Bible) and forms an essential part of the religious and historical traditions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

    • ‘Tis true that Abraham had three wives namely; Keturah, Hagar and Sarah. For with these three he begat all his thirteen sons.
